Walsh Nursery has been in business for over 20 years. Founded by Robert Walsh in 1986 who started the nursery in Smithtown but soon moved to its present location, Dix Hills in 1990. Walsh Nursery is conveniently located at exit 51 and the Long Island Expressway in Dix Hills.

We are here to help both the novice and expert gardner.. We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable staff as well as our great customer service. Our spring hours are Monday - Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 9am-6pm

You can find a wide range of plant material and tree material at Walsh Nursery. Robert Walsh personally travels all over the United States such as Oregon, California, Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. This in done every year to ensure quality and value. You can find common, not so common and some pretty rare plants here at Walsh Nursery. We also carry mulches, soils, pottery, water features, bird baths, benches and fertilizer.

One of the largest areas of this business is the landscape and design division. There is a completely landscaped pool area at Walsh Nursery to inspire ideas for pool scapes. With deck, patio, waterfall and planting displays its easy to help you along with your design.
